Examples of possible metrics are:

  • Top risks, remediation plans and due dates
  • Issues, concerns and roadblocks to agreed remediations
  • Number of findings per audit at site versus issues already self identified, with trending
  • Number of issues that would result in critical or major findings, with trending
  • Total “risk” at site, with trending
