Markus Veit, Professor PhD

Professor Markus Veit is the Managing Director of ALPHATOPICS GmbH in Kaufering, Bavaria. He is also a member of the Committee for Pharmaceutical Chemistry of the German Pharmacopoeia. In his academic teaching activities he holds lectures at the universities of Frankfurt and Berlin.

After studying Pharmacy in Frankfurt, he was awarded a PhD by the Julius Maximilians Universität (JMU) in Würzburg in 1990 and became a professor in 1997.

He is an expert in the field of pharmaceutical analysis. During the past 25 years, he has worked as Managing Director in companies providing services in the areas of drug development, manufacture, testing and approval for the pharmaceutical industry.

At the same time, he developed and managed a number of different continuing and further training courses for persons working in the medicinal product and medical devices industry.
